    Excerpts from the Enterprise:

Across 12 games in 2018, the 6-foot-1, 215-pounder averaged 44.7 yards per punt on 65 attempts, pinning Denver opponents inside the 20-yard line 22 times. His seven touchbacks tied for second-highest in the NFL, only trailing Green Bay’s J.K. Scott (nine), who played four additional games.

Entering Year Two of his three-year, $1.71 million contract ($570,000 guaranteed in 2019), Wadman claims he’s shaken the NFL jitters and has been feeling a new level of confidence in training camp. His tenacity was on display last week as he drastically out-performed Vogel in practice — effectively running his lone competition out of town.

    How ’bout them Ags?

Keeping close tabs on UCD’s Big Sky title run last year, Wadman says he’s well overdue for a chat with the Broncos new offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello, who coached the Aggie offense for a number of years under Bob Biggs before making the leap to the NFL.

“It was awesome … just incredible watching my alma mater do what they did,” Wadman said. “It’s historic and being able to sit down and watch was really, really cool. I’m super happy for them and coach (Hawkins) and what they’ve been able to do.
