Epps the leading scorer at 27; Norris another excellent night on the boards finishing with 15 to go with 10 points of her own.

UCSD beat Santa Barbara, so the Aggies are tied for 2nd in conference at the moment (listed 3rd due to tiebreak with Irvine who lost at Hawaii).

I bet most national CFB fans don't actually know that UCLA and Cal are in the same system.

If we're voting, I prefer the script Davis and "lemon" logo on helmets, and the Block CA on water towers and other campus paraphernalia.

I haven't seen anyone but the former Band-uh! use the monogram CA*--anyone dug through the old athletics/campus archives to check that?

*It's very easy to make on the field with a fairly small band. ;)

UCSD beat Irvine 68-66! Fullerton and UCSB also won, so there is quite the logjam developing at the top of the conference.

81-68 victory for Davis. Game was not as close as the score indicates--Riverside got hot from deep in garbage time after Davis was up 30 towards the end of the 3rd quarter.

Norris with another 21/12; Sussex chipping in with 21 points of her own.

Doesn't look like there are any other upsets tonight. Riverside almost beat Irvine, but Irvine had a very strong 20-10 4th quarter and pulled out the victory.

Aggies win! 66-62.

Norris finished with 23 points, "only" 16 rebounds, 3 assist, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. Pretty good night!

Young and Bennett joined her in double digit scoring. All five starters finished with three assists apiece.

We've reached the fouls and timeouts portion of the game.

Norris has a realistic chance at a 20/20 game.

As soon as I type that, they hit a middy take the lead for the first time since the beginning of the game. Currently on an 8-0 run.

So far, Megan showed up to play and isn't getting much help from the rest of the team.
