208 is still really really light for a TE even at FCS. 208 would be our lightest TE on the roster by a fairly significant margin with our guys getting more playtime being up around 240. The kid looks like an excellent receiving threat though. Kinda in the same vein as a Wesley Preece.

Not to mention he picked Davis over Sac State who has his former coach from Folsom and appears to be a program on the rise.

He's a little slender right now to be any sort of blocker at our level, but he still has time to put on some mass plus from his highlights he looks like a pretty good receiving threat.

Fun game although frustrating that we took our foot off the gas pedal in the 3rd quarter. Never ever let your opponent get back in the game when you have a big lead. Fun watching the defense force some turnovers and really shut down a large portion of their run game. Also glad we started kicking the ball into the endzones on kickoffs. It's been incredibly frustrating watch teams get the ball at the 35 or 40 on those pooch kicks.

He plays running back and linebacker, but I am assuming we got him as a RB because his post mentions Shredville instead of Blue Force.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I don't think the coaching staff had the team ready to go in the first half. Offense was majorly inconsistent and defense entirely non-existent. I think that has to be somewhat on the coaches and the preparation through the week leading up to the game.

This season has been very disappointing so far. We should not have fallen this far off the tracks considering the number of players we brought back. The coaching staff just doesn't seem to have that edge that they had last season. Play calling is strange, total lack of discipline, lack of focus. By all intents and purposes we should have been able to be a playoff team again this season. Very very frustrating to say the least.

Hate to say it folks, but playoff chances are over. Just gotta finish the season the best we can and hope for wins in the Golden Horseshoe and Causeway.
