I don’t see the parallels for Davis. Strange the South Dakota trip was enlightening when they’re in SLO every other year which has had the suite situation dialed in since the Spanos side opened up.

Those have been at the tennis center for a number of years. They don’t really make sense there but neither does much else on campus.

These are never apples to apples. Some schools report facility amortization as part of operating expenses while others don’t. In most places there are football costs allocated to the AD rather than to football specifically, which I suspect is the case with the Dakota schools.

Right now what they need is less perspective and more size at receiver and speed at linebacker. Will need to play more young guys if they want to get back to the playoffs.

There are quite a few things that cost nothing and that show some degree of planning and prep that Rocko has not mastered.

Fisch watched Oregon put up 69 on Ok State earlier in the day and didn’t want a repeat of the mistakes they made last week. It wasn’t a fair fight back with 85 scholarships vs 63 but $20m rosters versus guys on partial scholarships is a whole different level of imbalance.

Warren Moon is the honorary captain on Sat, so that’s pretty cool.

This will look much like Oregon State a few years back. The QB is electric and they have one of the best backs in the Big Ten. They aren’t great on D.

Cotton started for Utah and played well. Looks like Bains also had few stops yesterday.

Williams has had two rough games. He struggled early last year in the run game and has missed a bunch of assignments last week. They’re playing a lot of two TE and getting very little production. Plough has blinders for some of these guys and somehow continues to miss the obvious, which is Fisher is the best weapon he has on offense.
