I'm in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, now and the place where we're staying has good internet. I hope I'll be able to watch the game on Big Sky TV. We're 4 hours ahead of PT. I think this is going to be a really tough battle. GO AGS!
I was in Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland, and after a long day of hiking in Gros Morne National Park, I came back to our rental cottage looking forward to listening to the game on KHTK. I too gave up after tuning in several times during the first half only to hear general sports news continuing. It was frustrating to say the least. I ended up listening to the NDSU radio broadcast and, I have to say, they did a really good job.
My confidence in continued ascension of Aggie football goes up every time I hear Hawk and his players talk....bright, articulate, humble. I couldn't be more proud of the coaches and players of this program.
I hear both of you and I don't fully disagree. What he did was, quite frankly, immature, stupid and very short sighted in every respect. What I admire is that he looked owned up, looked deeply inside, learned and made amends. It's seems that that is not that common anymore in this day and age coming from people in important, leadership positions. He took responsibly and showed his players and even those he offended the most how to own up, tell the truth and make amends. That tells me a lot about who he is as a human being and his players will respect him for that. I know that I do.
