    Pretty risky to take on someone with no college experience based on Luck's personal experience with him in the NFL, but they probably didn't have a lot of great options right now. The bar is low for him at least.

    So they:
    - lose a chunk of TT top commits
    - they lose some current players
    - program in limbo while Luck finds a new HC, which has to hurt recruiting

    Given this path, hiring a new HC for next year better sooner, than later. i.e. not the Terry Tumey approach. Don't lose 2 recruiting years.

    Will Andrew Luck directly aid / work the recruiting trail this year?
