    From the article:

    - Maier ran the 1st team offense, but defense held them in check.
    - Spencer ran the 2nd team offense and apparently looked sharp. Also got a couple of snaps rushing.
    - Freshman Harris ran the 3rd team and also had some nice plays.
    - Williams had a 60 yard kickoff return, but was called back on a flag and had some nice runs.
    - JC transfer Modise looked sharp at RB.
    - Walsh went 4/6 on field goals most from the mid 30's.
    - No major injuries.

    There could be some interesting options on the table with Spencer being a short-yardage wildcat QB, even if he doesn't get the starting job. I seem to recall he ran the Wing T or some other option offense in high school.
