After one of my busiest weeks in recent memory (apologizes for lack of posts), I am back to start this series' thread on UC Davis vs UCR. Its going to be a gorgeous weekend of baseball with temps in the 70s and sunny skies ahead (no rain cancellations in the Inland Empire).

The Aggies are coming off of a mixed bag of recent performances with a series win against Nevada before getting beat 2-7 against Saint Mary's this past Tuesday in a 1 game series. UC Davis will be looking to get back in the win column before heading to one of the likely the frontrunners to win the Big West in UCSB.

The Highlanders are coming off of a 4 game losing streak after struggling against Utah Valley and Cal Baptist, 2 future members of the Big West. The Highlanders have had a rough start to the season with their only series win coming against Wagner out of Staten Island.
