Big week coming up. Unfortunately it's a big work week for me too. I'll try to be as active as I can come signing day, but try to be patient with me in terms of updating the main post. GO AGS!
Woah big commit for the Lumberjacks. My gut feeling was that this one was going to come down to EWU vs Davis, but looks like the home state got the prize.
Really we haven't lost that many recruits to Big Sky teams in general and the positions in which we did lose recruits we landed several stellar ones. Hawkins has us competing heavily with FBS teams for recruits.
I know that Davis recruited Evan's older brother pretty hard before he eventually chose Illinois (has since left that program). Evan is a stud receiver and defensive back. Would be a huge get on either side of the ball.
I'm going to be completely honest. I have no desire to see the Aggies move up to FBS. I would much rather compete in playoffs every year at the FCS level then be a mediocre or bad FBS team that MIGHT make a bowl game every now and then.
I mean, so would I but the conversation was already about Officer Corona, mental health, and gun violence all of which were on topic to this specific situation... immigration was not to be perfectly honest.
I think what's most important about all of this is that we have a bunch of guys on the freshman list. We're getting more depth by the year with Hawkins. We will have success for a long time under Coach Hawk.
Excellent pick up for the Hornets. I think Taylor has a chance to really turn that program around. Also gonna be some inter family rivalry now with Kooper being at Davis.
