It still seems strange that Oklahoma and Nebraska don’t play. That was a tradition throughout my football viewing days until greed broke it up.

I wish they would create some type of super conference for football and keep the rest of the sports in their ‘normal’ conference alignment.

Seems logical the 4 corner teams would join the Big 12, although that conference reloaded after Texas and Oklahoma leave. The Pac-6? Those schools are in a world of hurt.

think about basketball where you might play Rutgers on Thursday and Penn State on Saturday. Or baseball? That long travel turns a weekend series into a 4-5 day excursion. Can’t imagine the the non-football coaches are rejoicing over this

that’s a problem with the grad transfer - get in and get eligible one term, play, bail…,,repeat. I’m guess he’s not Mikey Henn, BS, MS, MS. Football is worse - don’t even have to show up for classes.

in an era where NLI is running wild for athletes, i see no problem with a athletic program investing in a program that prepares the student-athletes for their future after graduation. might be a question of why engineering or other programs aren't doing something similar?

Other departments across the campus are following the EVO program. I was contacted some months back to take part in a 'speed interview' type program as part of a class offered in L&S. it was based on the quarterly events that EVO has been hosting for the past several months, and the instructor got my name from EVO staff.

This is a much bigger outreach than in the past. Unfortunately I’m out of the country during the San Jose/SF dates
