  • MBB: Aggies at William Jessop (Exhibition) 7:30 pm Saturday 10/30
It was an exhibition; I believe the last couple times we played them it was a real game. We were 2-16 from 3 and our top returning scorers were in the 30%. I wouldn’t put that on coaching on either side

I think the Big Sky gets 4 teams in the 24 team field (like 2019). 5? Possible with the conference record v FBS, but doubt it. So, there’s 5 teams that are likely in the mix. Sac is in - they’ll have at worst 1 conference loss. EWU and MSU sit pretty good, especially the one that wins that matchup. Really need Montana to lose to MSU (SUU blocked FG? Seriously?). If we end tied with them, especially with 3 losses, they’ll get the nod.

Depending on scenarios, I think there could be 4 2-loss teams and one will not make it. That ISU turf fest might haunt us.

for now, let’s chalk it up to early season matchup at a rinky-dink gym…..else I won’t send in my season ticket order!

I don’t see Shaw or Ba in the box score. Any others missing?
  • MBB: Aggies at William Jessop (Exhibition) 7:30 pm Saturday 10/30
Even our FT shooting is bad at 55% with lots of misses on the front end of 1-on-1

Pepper, Fuller and Manjon are all shooting poorly. I don’t think that will be the norm.

I thought Adabayo’s offensive game came around at the end of the season. Hope that continues

    31-26 at half . 0-12 from 3!

Yikes 0-10 from 3 to start! Maybe it’s the dinky gym. Still a comfortable lead, 25-16

I’ve only seen mention on social media. Fundraiser for Dixie fire recovery

Dixie St (0-7) down to host Delaware 17-10. I’m rooting for those guys. Brutal schedule. This is one of their better chances for a win

there are a bunch of good punters in this league, but Whalen does thinks that don’t always jump off the stat sheet, negating the Weber stud returner. He’s been great
  • How do we beat EWU, JMU, NDSU
    ↪BaseballAtDobbins
i agree; once the Big 12 filled the OU/Texas loss with the AAC (and BYU) schools, the MWC looks to be stable. I can’t see them adding to their existing 12 teams.

The OL did okay last game with the two backup OT. If you take away the sack yards (-15) and the fake punt (+36), we ran for 190 yards at a 4.5 yard/carry clip. 3 sacks with a 'new' QB.

I swear that guy played 8 years at Poly (along with Asa Jackson)! He was the best opponent I saw at Aggie Stadium, Vernon Adams and Josh Johnson close behind.
  • Excellent Video of All the Big Sky Football Stadiums
Weber is really nice on the home side, especially when you add in the views. Visiting side has a high school look. UNC and SUU both are lacking
  • Cal parking tips
I believe we parked in genetics parking lot; shuttle was easy and they had a bunch lined up
    After the game.

last time we played we parked a bit away from stadium but there was a game shuttle. You might look into the shuttle; probably a link on their page. Check here:

If I recall we had a pregame at the baseball field, and we parked right near there. Shuttle might pick up at baseball
  • Week 8: UC Davis @ Cal Poly
I forgot to add to my list of mistakes two potential pick six drops. One in the first quarter that would have put us up 7-0, the other on their ‘Philly Special’ late 3rd that would have put them in a big hole. Both were there for the taking. Little things that keep the other team in the game
  • Week 8: UC Davis @ Cal Poly
One positive was the ‘return’ of Castles. He’d been a little quiet lately, probably getting attention from the defense. We ran a couple nicely designed passes to him, one on a type of naked bootleg, that picked up big yards. Like to see similar plays to Harrell instead of focusing on passes to the sideline with him.
