Yeah, I didn't do enough digging. When we purchased our tickets for the Stanford game last year, you could buy a parking pass for $25 to park in the dirt lot. The $60 "day pass" offered on the UCD website is obviously special event parking and you're paying a premium for a "Team Aggie Pass." False alarm... Move along, nothing to see here ;-)

On a side note, looks like they need to update the seating chart... Section 107 - Band-Uh!

Thanks. "Single Game" parking passes are listed at $60 for Lot 53. Seemed ridiculous. $60 total is much more reasonable ($10 for my son, $40 for me, and $10 for parking).

What's Bland's status for this game? Any word on why he didn't play against Cal?

I was trying to explain to my 12 year old son why the band wasn't at the game Saturday. He was really looking forward to seeing the band do their thing. Any word on when they'll be back?

Stanford had a very similar policy last season. There were a few really upset people outside of the metal detectors that weren't aware. We're sitting in Section EE (which has bench back seats). When I saw the notice about no "Cushions with metal hardware," I made sure my dad had a seat with some back support.

Getting fired up. Taking my son and his buddy for his 12th bday, and meeting up with my dad, brother and nephew. Should be a good time!

Two games in to the preseason, and Doss' stats look pretty good.

Maybe I've been lucky, but I've found street parking for a few events at Cal. I take a left off of Piedmont a few blocks before the stadium. But maybe that was during the summer and an entirely different situation.

I think the most striking point in that graphic is that if Davis were to beat Stanford, they are predicted to have a 57% chance of beating Auburn/BYU and moving on to the Sweet 16. If the other 15 seeds were to win, they have projected chances of 10%, 16% and 19% to advance to the Sweet 16.
