Defense has been stout and their QB looks frustrated. Shaheed has had a couple homerun throws go off his fingertips so we've gotten some breaks, but we've largely shutdown their star RB. Very impressive start.

Frankly shocked that we're up by 2 scores at half. Teams will make adjustments, but shutting out one of the best teams in the country at the halfway mark is impressive.

Any updates on the covid status of our guys?

Very frustrating that Idaho didn't seem to be taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of covid as a whole. I'm not just talking about the football team. Apparently they had a huge spike within the total student population in the week leading up to game. Watching the game on tv there were groups sitting very close to each other with masks under their chins. Just not taking it seriously enough.

Weird UC Davis/Weber State connection. Former UCD basketball player Logan Strom now plays TE for the Wildcats.

Yeah I noticed that as well. Maybe... Just maybe... Davis was the better team. We left at least 10 points off the board from interesting play calling in the redzone. This was a lot closer to being a blowout for the Aggies than the Vandals letting us win.
