Holy Cross played SDSU tough on the playoffs last year. They have a hard-nosed QB who can run. They are down only 21-24 against Boston College of the ACC early in the 3rd.

Furman tends to be overranked for the same reason Montana does - past glory years. They were pretty good last year.

My dad took my brother and I to the Stanford-USC game in Palo Alto in 1968 after we had just competed in the local punt-pass-and kick competition (is that even around anymore?). Larison is a Swiss Army knife. His one pass for a completion was a bullet and accurate. I am pretty sure he has a stronger arm than any of the quarterbacks on the roster.
