MIght be just the professional crowd mics/mixing but the student section sounds LOUD on the TV feed

No road trip to Bozeman/Missoula/Brookings/any of the domes for the rest of the tournament! The huge home advantage that the Dakota and Montana schools hold just got nullified for an entire half of the bracket

It would be really cool if they had like blue and yellow tissue paper giveaways at the gate or something for people to use with their phone flashlights

UCD Takes the third!

It’s always heartwarming when the scrappy Big West schools can hang with Mountain West opponents here and there

Good run by UCD to take the lead mid 4th

I like how they also count “No amazing wins” against UCD despite the fact that per Massey:

a) our three best wins are all better than their best win
b) our worst loss is also better than their best win

Don’t get me wrong, I think we’re pretty comparable and it should be a tough game, but I don’t think it’s insanity that we were seeded above them

Finally the committee recognizes what we have to go through to even get 2nd-4th in the Sky

Ags have jumped to 7th in Massey, shockingly ahead of Lehigh.

Massey is also really high on SDSU still; it just generally doesn’t care much about losses to good MVFC/BSC teams.

yup, I’m only slightly past that on replay. And it was a long pass attempt, rather than sticking to their guns on be ground

That playoff game against Eastern is my biggest what if from the resurgence of Aggie Football IMO. A completed tackle on the QB and we were looking at hosting Maine in the semis and then NDSU (whom we matched up very well with the next season) in Frisco

in projecting seeds don’t forget SDSU probably leapfrogging us into the top 16, now that they’re an 8-win MVFC team

had Dartmouth won the Ivy would have gotten the same number of bids as the BSC which is both hilarious and horrifying

We used to have BSC teams in OoC on the years we didn't play them and I feel like that could make a comeback.

Imagine, if we had Portland State at home at OoC this year instead of the game that never happened, we'd be a lock already for playoffs and playing for a seed on Sat. (Not saying it was the wrong decision to take the Mercer game when offered, just that the committee's priorities are wrong)
