They introduced the b-ball teams at homecoming today. Pretty sure Cierra Hall was in a boot with crutches. Hopefully a short term issue as we’ll need her this year.

Vitos has good NY pizza, beer and several TVs.

Not sure I can argue against an 8th place prediction. We have questions at every position, outside of Mooney at the two. There is a lot of new talent, so as an optimistic fan, I'm hoping Les and the staff can get these guys to play together. We will definitely need our defense to be stout if we are to stay in games.

My son was at this game. Just an incredible meltdown by WSU. Apparently they have a saying in Pullman, "we just pulled a Coug", which basically means if you're a WSU fan you're used to incredible meltdowns.

Looks like the band might be playing in the stands starting at this weeks game. It’s not a certainty yet but it’s sounding more likely.

By the way, looks like we have grass now on the new practice field!

If airport size did matter, WSU would have been kicked out of the Pac-XX a long time ago. Pullman/Moscow Airport is about as tiny as you can get.

Lehigh had a decent number of fans. The rowdy students were mostly (all?) bandsmen. They were yelling and cheering all night, sang Aggie fight with the team after the game, and rang the victory bell. Glad they maintained their spirit and support for the team in these tough times.

And for most of the games this year, no Pint the wonder dog. His owner is on sabbatical.

This may have been mentioned before, but Underwood is no longer on the roster. Not sure what happened, but however thin we were in the interior just became thinner. I guess we'll see if a bunch of 6-6 and 6-7 guys can defend the paint and get rebounds.

I was in band with Troy. There is no one who loves the band, and bleeds blue and gold, more than Troy.

I met my future wife in the band and still regularly get together with a lot of band alumni, many of whom are female. They are some of the strongest most well rounded women I know. They would all tell you that their time in band was a vital part of their growth. Of course individual issues need to be dealt with, but I doubt you’d find many that agree with this report.

Nice catch. Yeah, hopefully it's something he'll get over by November.

A sad day. I hope that some of the positives of the band are carry-forward.
