I'll miss tonight's game but will try and catch the replay...Seattle has been one of those programs through the years that we always seem to struggle with.
Pretty much the first thing I do when I get to a game, or turn on an away game, is see if Daughtery is dressed. Having additional experience off the bench would be valuable as we head into conference play.
For me, I text with my daughter, who is watching the games from Chicago, about her opinions on "official reviews". I've got several rows around us now asking what the replays are looking like.
absolutely one of the biggest takes from last nights game was the new Aggie pack announcer. That man is going to make a big time living on his voice alone!
the encouraging sign for me on this game is just how young our team is. Last year (was it just last year!) we beat GC at their place, but we had a veteran lineup of TY, DeBruhl, Tomba(who is at LSU now), Nico and Lose. This year we start, alongside Nico, two Juniors who are just stepping into a leadership roles, and two freshman. Not to mention the sophomores and freshman who are getting significant playing time off the bench. That win last year felt like that was the best we could play...last night's win feels more like a stepping stone.
thanks! I think our recruiting stepped up this last year. But we’ll need to have year over year quality classes to compete with the rest of the MW. Can’t wait to see the Wolf Pack in Davis
What a great win! Kind of an ugly game, but the boys played very nice defense down the stretch. And it sure is nice having a 90% free throw shooters to get the ball to. Go Ags!
I'm looking forward to this one. It'll be tough, but if we can stay out of foul trouble, rebound and get out and run, maybe we make it a game (in addition to the aforementioned 3 pt shooting). And any chance we wear the Tahoe Blues? I'm guessing those are only for home games, but it would be funny.
