    7:00.

We’re 18.5 point favorites. Wonder if Finn put some cash down?

I don’t think anyone is going to okay 13 games (41 minutes is physically a game). Both teams will need that break.

Was listening to their afternoon guy who was at touting the stadium while the engineer was bringing up a lot of the head scratching questions we have. Engineer is Kyle Ledbetter who is an Aggie graduate so he got labeled a ‘hater’.

I guess my question is what’s the expected lifetime of this stadium? The original on campus vision seemed on the smaller size of FBS but looked like a ‘long term’ home. This looks and feels like a temporary home, until they can’t build a permanent one. I can’t imagine a long term FBS vision is a one sided stadium. Unless you’re San Jose State.

Was listening to KHTK on drive up to mountains and they had Mark Orr on concerning the signing of MOU with Cal Expo to explore feasibility and potential move forward. Should be interesting to see what happens.

Good old Carmichael Dave was looking ahead to the days when Sac will be a top 10 FBS team, snd biggest story on the nation. I fear for current FCS schools, like us, Sac and the northern powers, that ship set sail awhile back. The top conferences after going to see fit that they control the playoffs and TV.

If you want to make an impact, put the cash in basketball. I’d bet on Grand Canyon making the final four before any current FCS makes the FBS playoffs regardless of how much it expands

Thats a good point about the Connor brothers - and those guys never seem to take a play off while they are in there!

I suspect that we used Perez at RB more than expected because of fatigue. All the talk leading up to the game was that he was going to be primarily a slot receiver, but he played a fair amount at TB.

Having new had the 'pleasure' of playing in high humidity, i can only imagine the effect, both physically and mentally.

I didn’t notice while watching, but Plough said almost all our WRs were out in the third quarter due to the humidity (IVs). That was probably a big contributor to the drop off in production. I’m expecting a solid 48 minutes in all phases.

I’m feeling pretty confident versus these guys - they’re no Dixie State!
  • Seating Renovations
I dunno - the link to basketball season tickets is inactive!
  • Seating Renovations
you’re right - this is Mountain West prices. As for cushioned seats…..that’s only down in the Champions section if I read it correctly.

I plan to call today and make the switch to the other side of the ‘press box’. Downside is we don’t be able to hear the radio broadcasters as well.
  • Seating Renovations
so now the band will be closer to opposite team bench

I believe that the Aggie football fund is the one who has funneled the most money to football. Run by former players.

Fisher is a SOLID 180. When i saw him at practice up close, he was really put together.

On the radio broadcast (simulcast with an Under-9 boys soccer game), Scott Marsh was talking about how the emphasis on our collective and Team Aggie was feeding the players. This was the first year that we fed the players all 3 meals and a snack. They weighed everyone the first day of camp, and the end of camp.....every player at least maintained their weight! That's huge. We have to continue to financial support to feed them THROUGHOUT the season. Unlike many/most collectives, our group is putting their cash toward practical things like feeding the players and providing summer housing (apparently their aid runs out in July-August).

Upgraded seating in the Champions Aggie section. Also, our bench will be opposite end of Jumbotron - means the visitors shoot free throws into the band in the second half. I’m guessing someone besides me made this suggestion to the AD, but I’m taking credit. Does mean I have to switch my seats to stay behind the home team bench.

unfortunately, Caden was 4-14 after that hot start. He’ll get better - things seemed to speed up for him in the second half, and Mercer gets a lot of credit for that.

I think you just echoed my thoughts.

the INT? we blocked the following punt for a safety. That long TD run and our missed FG really hurt. Gave them life.

Mercer seemed to adjust well defensively in the second half. Loaded up the box, lots of pressure, dared us to throw deep and emphasize stopping QB runs. We were running well early in the 3Q but that disappeared - a couple false starts out us behind the chains and put more pressure on Pinnack.

is the Cal Expo plan for a single grandstand? That doesn’t seem enough if their goal is the largest concert venue in the Central Valley

Probably don’t need to worry about lightning here for these neutral hames
