He seems to be an excellent RB coach
... though I never understood from a strategy perspective giving ManZan 95 percent of the handoffs, too predictable. Turay was a STUD as a RB or receiver, was proven, yet was used 100% for blocking. Too predictable. Even an unselfish player wants a change of pace. Turay sure seemed happy when his number was finally called the last game of the year.

Let's not get carried away young Aggie.

But many here can recall when a 6 or 7 win year was an "off" year.

Maybe just grumbling after a big loss.

I thought beating PSU was a big victory. The Vikings had a bye week, they were 100 percent healthy, the coach said they were better at every position, and they had battled 2 FBS programs.

To moderate things, we probably had an edge with a new playbook, and Parenteau's first blocked punt was huge.

Another test. The excitement builds.

We often seemed to come out flat.

Coach Barnum before the game: "We are better at every position".

Barnum after the game: "That wasn't my team out there."

My comment was too brief. I would love to see us display an imaginative Aggie offense and defense to our former colleague.
