Robbie Hauck with cheap shot after sack. Remimds me of his dad.

Edit. His Dad just chewed out Sneed on sidelines for INT and actually looked like Hauck pushed him. Not a good look but no surprise.

I’m rooting for UNI too. Think they are classy and have classy coach. Very blue collar.

Guess MSU is favored officially with home field but o don’t think Peay is an underdog from an objective standpoint.

As the playoffs distill down it is apparent to me that the teams with good defenses are left. Both UNI and JMU with excellent defenses and MSU and Peay showing likewise.

hmmm. Sounds like you have access. Otherwise you would get message.

did you try the espn app? Am watching that on big screen (youtube tv access but on espn app). ESPN app on big screen allows multi screen. Sort of like at home sports bar.

Montana State looking tough against Peay. Up 10-0 and I don’t think Peay has a first down after a quarter. MSU has looked like the best Big Sky team in the closing weeks of season and into playoffs IMO.
  • Playoffs
UNI defense keeping UNI in game. UNI with terrible field position and it won’t matter how good UNI defense plays if UNI can’t score. Don’t think UNI has been past midfield.
  • Playoffs
JMU looks pretty tough. 7-0 JMU over UNI after 1st quarter but UNI with 0 first downs. Will take a miracle for UNI to win. JMU a complete team.

movielover:None. Only remember Hunter Rodriguez looking pretty good I thought at Stanford. Seems like it would be good for him to add a bit of weight - looks kind of skinny to me. A QB that could run a bit could be helpful and add a dimension although getting carried away with running risks injury. There seemed to be a boatload if QB injuries this year (read an article somewhere) and most of those were QBs that ran a fair amount as I recall.

. and that was inflated. I watched the game and even the home stands were sparse. No rain during game but forecast would have scared some off.

Of all the playoff games, Montana State had the most - but not capacity. Even Montana was only about 80% and South Dakota State had poor turnout (30 degrees I think). Fargo Dome looked about 90% of capacity. It seems the playoff games are not nearly as popular as the traditional rivalry games. Kind of unfortunate.

Sac missed short field goal to remain scoreless. Embarrassing performance on national tv.

No. Just looking very out of sorts. His best receiver, Williams is out after getting injured in causeway, but he is way off in his throws. Frankly Sac looks awful. Austin Peay has something to do with it. I knew Sac would have their hands full but it has been total domination so far.
  • Playoffs
no Thompson in all the time - that is one of Sac’s problems.
  • Playoffs
Sac getting their hats handed to them. Out-executed and out-coached. Maybe Taylor thinking of coaching offers. 21-0 Peay after 1 quarter.

295 - 60 total yards at half. Sac looks completely lost and acting like they don’t even want to be there. Thompson passing not close - looks befuddled.

Well two blowouts for the Montana schools and a close call for Weber. Kennesaw a much better team since their first string QB went down, but Weber D did enough. James Madison looks scary.
  • FCS School (Jacksonville) to drop football
Makes sense. I know Jacksonville was crappy this year even by Pioneer league standards. The blue hose of Presbyterian have been foundering for years in Southern Conference so essentially a dropping down for them.
  • 2019 FCS Playoffs Bracket
Southern and NEC weak sister conference out of the picture after week 1. Both Southern conference teams lost. Still believe big sky is strongest league overall.

I saw that in a reply too. Then the coach goes on to say that “we are not that team and the player is not that kind of player” - well to keep in present tense I would say evidently you are. How about saying “we will correct this” and then do it.
