We've got to be able to knock down our 3's at a pretty decent rate to offset Colorado's interior game and we'll need to block out like crazy without getting into foul trouble in order to prevent lots of offensive boards...not an easy task...

My god...it's unbelievable where all this NIL is heading...the big programs with greedy, wealthy donors will be contacting parents and kids in grade school at this rate...

Yes, we need to stop looking at Stanford from a "deer in the headlights" perspective. If we would have hit a couple of 3's early it would have given us some confidence but, once we began misfiring repeatedly, it just snowballed and no one could buy a 3.

Unfortunately, "commitment" for many players nowadays really means "commitment to the largest paycheck they can get offered" but, in all honesty, the kind of money being thrown at many of these young athletes really can be "life changing" for them and their families especially the kids that come from disadvantaged homes.

Dan Connors became the winningest volleyball coach in Aggie history.

Ags lose 70-45. The Ags shot 22% including 7-29 from 3. Ryan Bennett led the Ags with 19.

I switched over to watch the volleyball team against CSUN. The Ags drops the first set, won the second and then won the third in a nail biter 29-27. Tough match in the 4th set now.

The Ags are much better than this. This is not the usual Stanford powerhouse team either. The Ags rushed their shots when they got an open look and missed badly on most of them. We needed someone to step up and play with confidence but no one did. The Aggie top 4 scorers are a combined 3-23 including 2-17 from 3.

23-11 Stanford with 5:52 to go in the 2nd Q. Ags are 1-14 from 3...yikes...

Our defense has been pretty good. Offense, not so much...shooting 14% including 0-8 from 3. We've had the looks but the shots have been way off.

Anyone have any idea about which projects will break ground first and how soon that might be?

I thought about that. I wonder how much earlier that area will actually be shaded. The west side seats are hot until the shade comes. Can't imagine how it feels for the students, the band and the visitors on the west side when its hot and the sun is in their eyes.

It's great that they addressed adding shade to baseball, soccer and softball but I don't see anything new about shade at the football stadium. Heat is a big problem in the stadium and, at times, even in the late games. The heat on the east side of the field is particularly brutal since they don't get any relief from the sun until it pretty much sets.

The crowd looked really small well into the first half of the Idaho game but , when I went up to the concession area, I saw that lots of people were crowded around in the shaded areas and that was a 4 pm start in November! I'm not sure what they can do in the stadium to create more shade but it's a real problem because the lots of people simply won't come to a game if they're going to have to sit in the sun and get fried.

I saw where some Sac fans think the Big Sky has it out for them and the $2,500 fine that Ford got shows there is a double standard when it come to Sac because Marion got fined $10,000 for speaking out about the officials. The real difference here is that Ford criticized the officials for one play and Marion essentially criticized all of the Big Sky officials and when he implied that the "Big Sky officials are willfully targeting Sac." Ford criticized the catch and he was right about the missed call but Marion said the Big Sky Conference was biased against Sac. That's a big difference and, hence, the difference in the size of the fines.

I'm curious to see how Esso-Essis does too. He's still in a big boot so I wonder if, at some point, he'l take a medical redshirt year.
