Such is life for head coaches at the big money programs. Their worth is primarily calculated in wins. If you don't win enough or even if you don't win big enough, deep pocketed donors often demand a change even if it means buying out multi-million dollar contracts.

It so great to be an Aggie fan where we have such a amazing legacy of coaches who were valued for more than just winning, not that winning wasn't important, it's just that valuing academics and teaching life skills while creating a creating family culture are of equal importance.

I totally agree. I would just like to see us get some of those non-Big Sky, FCS power teams to come to Davis once in a while. Aggie fans would pack the house for games like that.

I sure would like to see there Aggies get some non-conference games at home with FCS powers like that. Sac just played Northern Iowa at home and now Weber gets James Madison. We have traveled to NDSU and next year we go to South Dakota State but they don't return to Davis. A home and home would have been great.

Maybe the Weber offense is better than we thought, Mike. I think that putting up 42 on Dixie State is pretty impressive. Our game with DSU will should tell us a lot about how we compare with Weber.
