I'd be shocked if Troy Taylor goes anywhere below P5. He has an impressive resume at the lower levels, played for P5 Cal, and did a great job as a color analyst too. Though Troy does have ties to our region, I think it is a downgrade for him.

The students have to show up. I mean, there are predictions for a cool but clear Saturday. Plus finals won't start for a full week after the game. Even when I was a student 8-10 years ago, the Aggie Pack was much better.

If NDSU leaves FCS, they'd forfeit the ability to be the Bama of our level with increased budgets too. They'd be crazy to leave, but they do have options unlike the Montana schools (who could join the MWC, but who would have to up their budgets and recruiting big time).

I know Sac State SUCKS(!), but it is always nice to beat those guys.

2010 Causeway Classic. The lightning game. I had to get picked up after the stadium was evacuated and we watched the rest of the game at our fellowship house. It snapped a 2 game losing skid to Sac State. That was quite a downpour, but the lightning made it memorable. The rest of the game probably had far fewer fans in attendance than today's contest.

Doss is going to get drafted. He's so talented. I love hearing the Sac guys disappointment. But they are complementary to us too.
