So, now the recruiting spiel is not only about academics, but by your RJr. or RSr. year we're playing in the Mountain West. 3 or 4 more years of the Big Sky? 2 or 3? Hard to say --- WE NEED THE DONORS TO SHELL OUT FOR THIS TO BE VIABLE.

Vick is a huge name, and I for one believe in redemption. He did his time and now is back in the saddle...but yeah, what kind of a coach, or program builder is he REALLY? I get hiring a huge name to get a conference interested...and the donor base, you can lose your ass in years 1 and 2 of the transition, blame it on the jump up and go hire a budding OC or DC from a Power 4 program and start the real football... heck, maybe Vick wins games, and you want to keep him.

Still, this feels like the hype train.

Whatever the extent of the injury, I'm sure UC Davis Medical has him on a path to heal. He has about 3 or 4 months before the NFL process really starts to take hold with Pro Days, private workouts, the East/West Shrine Game, the Senior Bowl, the Combine.
