When I first got two section 122 tickets last Sunday, I used my phone with no issues. The PC online system is total garbage - but you can surf for all current available seats with the map they have online. The mobile app doesn't let you pick your seat numbers (?, does it ?), I think they give you a range and just auto-assign you based on the level of ticket you want.

Best bet is to call in to get things done. Despite the technical issues online, they pick up the phone and service you very well. You can still surf the seat map online, and request the exact seat block you want - just write it down and have it handy.
