  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)

Rather have them thinking about defensive schemes. Confident Aggies can put up points on either.

    UNI QB nothing like Maier
  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)
UNI kicker is very good. Game may come done to that.
  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)
Interception by Lamar deep in UNI territory. Tipped by lineman.

speed differential is the difference in that game.
  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)
UNI announcers sound very professional. UNI playing very conservatively, but their passing game is not very impressive.

Montana beat UNI this year and SLO should have won last year at UNidome yet they beat SDSU so hard to figure out UNI other than they are a very beatable team.
  • Week 13: FCS Playoffs - Round 1 Bye Week
Well Big Sky 1-0 as of now. Montana State now has the dubious honor of going to the Fargo Dome. MSU is fairly physical so NDSU might have to break a bit more of a sweat than usual.
  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)
UNI looks a bit out of synch and flat.
  • Week 13: FCS Playoffs - Round 1 Bye Week
Jacksonville State looked pretty good in the Kennesaw State game. They had Kennesaw 4th and 10 and Kennesaw completed a very unlikely pass. They should dispatch ETSU.
  • FCS Playoffs Round 1: Lamar (7-4) @ UNI (6-5)
    Lamar QB giving UNI fits.

wofford Kennesaw will be similar teams in terms of 90% rushing although kennesaw will pass a tad bit more. Kennesaw will beat Wofford in my opinion.

Boy Montana State better hope it doesn’t come down to a kick.

maybe like King David, the guy who slew Goliath. Probably just a typo and not meant to be an analogy.

Well said and spot in. It is really liberating to be in that position.
  • Week 12: CAUSEWAY
I think Modise is a bit too anxious top return kickoffs. If you fair catch topi get it in 25. Most returns I have seen are < = 25 yard line plus there is the possibility of holding penalty. I think the odds are just talke the 25 unless you field it field the 10 or outside.
  • Week 12: Big Sky

and to think they scored 6 points -I think- against Weber. If it does come that they play NDSU - I think I am rooting for NDSU.

great to hear that streaming will be available and great to hear that the band-uh will be in attendance. Back in the day we were the unofficial rooting section. Don’t know how well they cheer nowadays.

from “I”ll take hindsight is 20/20 for 200 Alex”
I asked myself whether, at the first drive of the second half, what would have eventuated if the Ags went almost exclusively to the run - at least until everyone was sucked up into the box. The passing game was shut down and the run game had been effective. I think it was probably such a foreign idea and the Ags has not been shut down in the air line that before. Easy to second guess.

The teddy bears vs. the mild cats?
  • Week 11: UC Davis @ Eastern Washington

saw one of the brackets that shows a possible UCD vs SDSU - the one in the northern tier state not the one where it is always 72 degrees - matchup If in Brookings that time of year .... yikes!

depends on which Idaho State team shows up. Their defense has been inconsistent. It will help that the game is in Pocatello (area code 208 - note coaches’ attire) and is certainly winnable.
