I had a Lin 1 class with Arronovich (sp????). I think he is Russian or Ukrainian. Anyway, the whole think on the clicks was taught Day 1 in class. I enjoyed the course, but the assignments were kind of hard so I had a friend tutor me with homework once a week. Years later I married into a linguistic family so I find it funny.

Cal and UCLA are a non-factor. The commenters on the board are right. We are good in FCS and need to focus on our issues first. Cal and UCLA wouldn't care if it was the MW or some other mid major conference because they'd still be top dogs along with Stan/U$C. Its not an Alabama vs UAB situation at all.

For the BWC. Who will join or depart to make the conference one with an even number. We really have no other options and the decision made 6 or 7 years ago to join the BSC and stay in the BW was a good one.

I think the BSC would kick them out if they left.

I saw this thread and I was like "WHAAAAAA" and my wife asked if everything was okay. Me: "College Basketball" (Aka too hard to explain to a non-sports fan).

1. The Big West having UCD as the only true norcal school isn;t a bad thing. They can get NorCal recruits from Sac or the Bay.

2. Don't let Bakersfield get in.

3. UCSD deserves it because they clearly voted for it and keeping them out was sour grapes.

4. I understand Hawaii's displeasure. I bet CSULB in particular was upset since they usually have good teams.

5. I want Sac in the BW too, but unless we drop football (please no), we'd all 3 get kicked out by the Big Sky. I think us being in the Big Sky was a favor to CSUS. Not that we or Poly needed help from the Hornets, but that was our only shot of reaching the FCS playoffs. I can't wait to go to TapaTalk and see everyone's reaction.

NDSU is like the Yankees. They always win except I think JMU will win it again this yr.
