Tarleton State down 10-14

Was rooting for Vandy, missed out on that last on-side by a couple of feet. Texas grinds out a much needed program win at home against probably the best Vandy team in 30 years if not all time.

Southern Utah up 7-0 early vs. Austin Peay in Cedar City.
Utah Tech beat North Alabama today in St. George, to be fair North Alabama is terrible.

5-3 Youngstown State gives NDSU a game before falling 38 - 30.

Cal lost in a very similar fashion to the Ags. Was following the Cal game and that last pick happened right after the ISU interception.

NDSU @ UND seems to be the best game today.

UND up 7-6 at half.

Montanas looking like they'll win blowouts early on.

How was that a "forward" pass? Looked like a bad call to me.

No expert here, but seemed like an odd call. Looked like a flip / lateral.

NDU pushed back 35 yards, offense stalls, punts.

Think the argument was that even though it was the arm motion of a flip, the fact that the player's momentum was forward meant that the ball was still going forward relative to the field. But the announcer's weren't going to go into the vector definition explanation.

I've never seen that situation come up before, and still unsure if that's a fair way to call it

EWU scores with a minute left, then recovwr the onside kick. Griz up 29-24.

Wow! What an ending. EWU marches down the field with a pass interference call. No time outs on the 5 with about 10 seconds left. Race to the LOS, then muff the snap and fumble and unable to spike the ball to stop the clock. Griz win.

My head hurts trying to figure out seeding implications today.

That’s crazy. I actually tuned it in briefly and it was like 17-0 Oregon State and I moved on.

Oregon State had like 450 yards of offense while Sam Houston only had like 150

nobody, this unusual respect for the patriot league baffles me
