When teams opt into the House settlement revenue sharing replaces most NIL deals which historically haven't correlated to the value of the name image and likeness. They don't have to pretend anymore, its just pay for play, paid by the school at their discretion. It is capped at about 20 million dollars, and it has to come from some revenue. NIL still exists but it is scrutinized to make sure the value of the name image and likeness makes business sense and is not just a way to get around the revenue sharing cap.
I'm thinking about donating $600 so that I can park in Lot 53 for home football games. How easy is it to get out of this lot after the game immediately ends?
I think from 53 you should be fine. If the traffic is bad you could always turn left towards the arboretum and sneak out onto La Rue and catch the freeway on old davis road. I park in 56 and usually start walking with a couple of minutes left otherwise the foot traffic will back up traffic.
They have people directing traffic at the intersection where the road from 53 meets the main road so it flows out well. The slowest part got me getting out of 56 is waiting on pedestrians crossing out of the stadium; but we’re generally in the car and on 113 within minutes after the game.
