I mean, he's been okay at best. If you look at the stats it's not bad, but he had a very slow start in the 1st half and missed several wide open throws... like not remotely close on some of them. Take out 2 Zach Jones punt returns for TDs and the offense only has 24 points against a very bad Stetson so take that as you will.

Yikes. I have been skipping through and he misses some huge wide open passes. Is there any chance we switch qbs? Sorry I have been MIA lol

I guess I am just curious if we squeak by say Montana with a mediocre performance, is it not worrying thinking about the future playoffs/high leverage games?

I don't worry all that much though. Pinnick looked rough with his decision making the first couple games. Cleeland just hasnt ran like he did (which made it look cleaner).

I think Coach sees what we are seeing and he maybe didn't want to add more pressure to Cleeland if Kollock did well. However, Cleeland's feet are just all over the place. My personal opinion is he is holding the offense back.

Great throw then one in dirt, then leads Kai too much then another good throw. But that is to be expected. These young QBs have good arms but are still learning. A Yat has not looked very good this year either.

I noticed the same thing. Young qbs who have shown improvement each game. Looking forward to seeing how he preforms against a better defense next week.

Montana looks terrible against Oregon state. I think OSU is better than the record suggests but they are no SMU.
