Last week i logged onto my Disney app then logged into espn from Disney. I had all the espn channels. If that doesn’t work Saturday i guess I’ll have to subscribe to Sling as you suggested.

I haven't heard anything but, you're right, we need him in the lineup.

The regular ESPN channels aren't available to YouTube TV subscribers like me because of the contract dispute they are in so I can't get ESPN2 to watch the game. However, I found that you can get a Sling TV One Day Orange Pass for $4.99 and it has ESPN2. So that' what I'm going to do on Saturday. The 24 hour pass starts as soon as you pay for it and it does not automatically renew so no need to deal with cancelling anything. Now I just need to get the beer and pizza! GO AGS!

The Aggies signed all four of their current commits to financial aid offers, so those players are in the fold. Or at least as much in the fold as possible anymore. If someone gets a better offer after an outstanding senior season? Who knows???

Layla Dixon (6'0" wing from Carondelet) seems pretty excited, as she posted to the Instagram sites of her 3 fellow commits.

Ball State, Bowling Green and directional Michigans wont draw more than Montana, Cal Poly or Davis for them. Best of luck.

The turnovers annoy me as well, but it’s what you’re going to get running the Princeton offense.

Back door cuts are not an easy completion. Beautiful when you connect, but it’s always a bang-bang play through lots of bodies into a tight window. Seldom any margin for error.

I mean I don’t think we are THAT behind to be honest. Think about the high school gyms we play at on the road. We have a legit arena compared to those.

Cut down on the turnovers and this team is a team to watch. Rebounding will be an issue with bigger teams, but I really like the depth.

They definitely believe in their ability to hit the 3 even if they're cold. And, wow, can they play transition basketball. Has there ever been a team quite like this for us?

32-28 Ags at the half. Up by as many as 8 the Ags couldn't stretch the lead largely due to 11 TO's and shooting only 4-15 from 3.

Beautiful looking arena for sure! Ags finally woke up and got their defense going to take an 2 point lead at the end of the first Q 18-16.

Nothings changed from last year in regard to off season training and practice schedules. They track strain using wearable tracking devices so they’re doing their best to reduce the load on the players bodies where they can. It’s just an unbelievably unlucky year injury-wise.

Biggest difference is the 3 road games to start the season, all with late kickoffs, 2 with significant travel. Although, the injuries don’t seem like fatigue played a role

I believe Coach Gould was hammered one year, and eventually the scuttlebutt rumor was that we had a new head athletic trainer who had a hair trigger on holding back players. (Gould's motto was like the military, "Next man up".)

Given the new all-year training, another reason why I'm usually in favor of playing subs, and subs when we're comfortably ahead in the second half. We seemed to load up a lot of reps for HR, MH, LL, among others. MH was here five+ years, how much utility were in the last drive or two in blowout wins? I understand LL was battling for post-season honors and the NFL draft. Others would chime in, "If you don't have ONE QB, then you have no QB."

Has the extra year / two of wear and tear come into play? Are our SA doing different strength training in our new facilities? (My guess is no.)

2018 when we cooked them 49-21.

Unless I missed something, before that you have to go back to 2012 when they lost to Montana St by 9.

EDIT: Arbitrary margin of victory but the last time before 2018 they lost at home by 14+ points was in 2005 to Cal Poly. And again, unless I missed something, but besides the two losses to UCD, the last time Montana lost by 16+ points at home was in 1990 to Idaho. — cmt

What do you mean? Les didn't use Clint Bozner, and had a high player turnover rate before the Covid era. His career coaching record is .506.

Ham was gracious, warm, and funny off the court, and loved his players. His rantings weren't mean spirited or personal, he was a bundle of passion and intensity. I knew players who loved him, and most respected him. I witnessed many practices at Hickey and Rec Hall when he was both intense and funny.

He helped many get into grad school, and a lifelong friendship with Judge Gordie Baranco speaks volumes. I'm told the Hamiltons were there when Gordie was sworn in as one of the youngest judges ever in our state. He nurtured Audwin Thomas, Jason Rabedeaux, and many others. I've been told stories of Ham's kindness to players, and spending hours visiting with his players, sharing personal time. One former Ham assistant flew from back east to attend his memorial.
